Excellent
The lime hits first, sharp and citrus-specific, then the floral opens; this is Geisha character that the medium roast has not buried.
Pour-over precision and citric brightness first, layered fruit second: lemon and jasmine in the first half of the cup, peach and blueberry in the second, with dry fermentation delivering a flavor range broader than the roast level alone would give.
For the filter drinker measuring this against intensity-forward coffees: El Eden lands at the other end of that scale, maximum acidity and sweetness with minimal body, built on cherry and orange fruit with nothing roasty behind it.
Two hundred hours of anaerobic fermentation built real character into this Colombian; the dark roast decided what survived.
